We are Custom Designed Chemicals, a specialty chemical manufacturer in the Chicago area. We provide chemicals to the powder coating, industrial painting, plating, machining, stamping, maintenance, and general metal finishing industries. And we also sell, service, and repair industrial ovens for the paint and electric motor rebuilding industry. We also sell pressure washing equipment.
Our customers are our most important asset. We have many mom-and-pop industrial customers in the automotive finishing industry but also have large, high-tech corporations. We are proud of the fast versatile service that we provide them.
Chemicals
Because we make smaller batches of products, it is easy for us to adapt any product to your specific needs. Hard water – no problem. Need less foam – no problem. We make the products you need, but we also make the products you want.
Among our products are iron phosphate conversion coatings, alkaline and acidic cleaners and rust preventatives.

We repair heat-cleaning ovens are have a strong expertise in repairing and servicing Bayco ovens. Our warehouse stocks many needed parts for industrial ovens and can help with other brands such as Steelman and Pollution Control.
