Features of Bayco ovens
A Bayco oven is 900 degrees F on the inside and close to body temperature on the outside. The insulation is so good that heat stays inside your oven where it belongs. This means a faster more efficient burn and a lower operating cost.
They have a thick durable steel shell that makes the oven last for many years. This also provides an extra layer of safety.
The burner box extends across the bottom of the oven. This assures even temperature throughout the oven. Soot and partially burned materials exit out of the oven into the afterburner at the top of the oven. The burner box is modular and can be repaired easily.
The new Bayco Ovens have cart tracks on rails so the bottom of the ovens around the firebox are flat, so cleaning is easy and the carts move freer then they did with Bayco ovens.
