ECO Burn Off Ovens are a great affordable alternative to other heat cleaning ovens. They are used in the motor rewinding, powder coating and industrial painting industries. Motors, paint hooks, fixtures and rejects can all be processed.
The ovens have a water temperature control system that maintains a constant temperature and prevents overheating.
Automatic Burn Off Operation
An ECO Oven has fully automatic operation. It senses how far a burn has processed and adjusts the oven run time as the burn progresses. When the burn is complete it checks to make sure. The operator sets the temperature and the oven does the rest. It is easy to use.
The ovens have insulation rated at 2300 degrees F. They also have a metal liner to protect the oven wall from damage.
Rugged Construction
ECO Burn Off Ovens have a tubular steel frame rather than an angle iron frame like most other burn off ovens. Thicker gauge steel near the burners gives extra durability and longevity where it really counts. It has stainless steel water pipes rather than copper or galvanized to prevent damage and decrease the build up of hard water salts. Most of the control panel components mount of the door as a result any service or replacement easy and quick.
Short Burn Off Cycle Times
Cycle times vary by load and can be as low as 3-5 hours plus cool down time. Using the automatic system removes the guesswork. The controllers sense when the load finishes.
